Creating a cricket team on hotelstostays is simple. Here are the important guidelines:
Team Size: Each team must have exactly 11 players.
Player Selection Limit: You can choose up to 10 players from one team, ensuring that your team represents players from at least two different teams.
These rules help keep the competition fair and balanced, allowing users to build teams that bring together players from multiple teams.
How to Play?
Step 1 (Home Screen):
- Tap the "Fantasy" tab.
- Go to the "Cricket" section.
- View the 'Upcoming Matches' area.
Step 2 (Upcoming Matches Section):
- Select the match you want to participate in.
Step 3 (Create Your Team):
- Assemble your fantasy XI with up to 8 wicket-keepers (min 1), 8 batters (min 1), 8 all-rounders (min 1), and 8 bowlers (min 1) within the 100 credits provided.
- You can choose a maximum of 10 players from a single team.
Step 4 (Assign Captain & Vice-Captain):
- Assign roles to your team members: Captain (2x points) and Vice-Captain (1.5x points).
Step 5 (Join Contest):
- Join contests that suit your interests and skill level.
Practice Contest: Enter contests without any entry fee to test and improve your skills.
Paid Contest: Use your knowledge to join paid contests with a small entry fee and compete for rewards.
Step 6 (My Contest Section):
- After joining, manage or edit your teams in the "My Contests" section.
Step 7 (Contest Tab):
- Track your team's performance in the "Contest" tab on the main screen.
